Syfy’s “Being Human” comes to an end Monday night after a four season run, and you can expect the series to go out with a major bang tonight. Warning: below are spoilers from a preview screening of the finale Monday afternoon.

Expect a Trip Down Memory Lane

There will be reminiscing about the history and the stories over the course of the series in tonight’s finale. Just as fans will be going through a sense of loss at the end coming, so are the characters, as well.

Expect a Sacrifice

One character will make a sacrifice to save another. While that obviously brings more loss and sadness, it also creates a humorous entertaining segment in regards to the character saved.

Yeah, I know how vague I’m being. You don’t really want me to tell all, do you?

Expect a Transformation

One character will go through a very dramatic change in regard to their otherworldly status. In other words, not just a change of heart, but a real change.

Expect a New Beginning

Sorry, guys, we’re not talking spinoff here so much as the promise of a character or characters moving on and being okay. Happy even, with the promise of future blessings.

Expect a Death

Yes, expect a death. At least one, maybe more. And the kind of death where you don’t come back in some other form. And with that, comes the final expectation.

Expect Tears

Yes, have that box of tissues handy for many sad and bittersweet moments, because you’re gonna cry. (That means you guys, too.) Bridges will be burned to ensure that things could never go back to the way they were. It’s really over, fans. But unlike the outcry some shows have had over series finales, you’ll probably be very happy with how they end it.

Well done, writers and cast. Well done.

The “Being Human” series finale airs Monday night on Syfy.
