"The Ripper" returns tonight on The Vampire Diaries episode "Original Sin." Stefan (Paul Wesley) has finally escaped the underwater grave Silas (Wesley)  put him in, but it seems he left his humanity behind in the process. For you true die hard TVD fans you know that Stefan without humanity means: blood, gore, and death. Will Elena (Nina Dobrev) and Damon(Ian Somerhalder) be able to find Stefan before he does too much damage?

Rumor has it that looks won't be the only thing Elena and Katherine (Dobrev) share this week as they both have the same dream about Stefan and agree that he really needs them. Katherine and Elena agree? Wow we certainly have entered unknown territory.

Jesse (Kendrick Sampson) and Caroline (Candice Accola) will hopefully be getting to know each other a little bit this week but this could bring about the next big love triangle... that is if Tyler ever decides to actually come back.

Janina Gavankar is said to be guest starring this week as a woman named Tessa who is also on the search for Stefan and has some unpleasant revelations for Damon.

Silas is still rounding up anyone he can, by force if needed, to find Katherine. Why is he so desperate for her? Well, we are supposed to find out this week. Will this be a game changer for Elena and Damon's strategy in fighting against Silas? Find out on the CW tonight. For now check out the trailers for "Original Sin" below.
